I can see that Washington DC now has the 'Save as Draft' button configured for catalogue items. However, I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm how the 'Save as Draft' button is configured and setup because I'm wanting to look at this feature in more detail because I want to understand how it works.

Hi @matthew_hughes ,
There is no System Properties or tables which is storing these drafts , it's a Base code on Employee center/ service portal and mobile interfaces.
It's just gets shown under my requests as "Drafts".

Hi @Community Alums So there's no table in ServiceNow that stores the drafts? It would be great to know how buttons such as 'Update Draft' appears. It would be goo do know how 'Drafts' under 'My Requests' is configured.

Hi @matthew_hughes ,
Unfortunately, we do not have much information available on that from ServiceNow Docs.
