How long does it take to reset and wipe a personal developer instance? Been about an hour now. Don't think it took but a few minutes to get my first instance.

Chris,
Whenever I have wiped an instance its taken anywhere from around 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you don't need that particular instance I would recommend creating a new one.

Vary based off instance data. However, the best place to post instance related question is Instance Help Forum. That way Someone from instance help team can assist you in a better and quick way.
