Ans) Multiple ways we can create Incident record.
1)Manual
2) Record Producers
3)Employee Self Service
4)Inbound email actions
5)Importing an XML/Excel etc and transforming the data
6)Server Side Scripts( BR,WF,FIX SCRIPTS, background scripts etc)
7)Using Rest or Soap
