Hello @keshav77 ,

If you want to move a catalog item from one domain to another but do not see a domain field in the "Maintain Item List," it is because the domain field for catalog items is not directly editable in that list.

To change the domain of a catalog item, you typically need to:

  • Open the catalog item record itself.

  • Look for the domain field on the catalog item form (often found in the domain separation context if domain separation is enabled).

  • Change the domain value there.

If the domain field is not visible on the form, it might be due to form layout or permissions related to domain separation. You may need to customize the form layout to include the domain field or check your user permissions.

Domain separation in ServiceNow allows you to separate data like service catalog items by domain, but domain fields are usually managed at the record level, not in list views.

If you are working in an environment with domain separation enabled, make sure you have the right roles and access to see and edit the domain field on catalog items.

In summary, you cannot change the domain from the "Maintain Item List" view; you must open the individual catalog item record and update the domain field there, provided your instance and permissions allow it
