How should I allow the group members modify the form after it is submitted

Hi,

Requirement: This form comes the Storage team once created by an associate and approved. It seems that we are constantly needing to make corrections to it as they put incorrect information or request move\less space than is actually needed. Would it be possible to give the Storage team access to modify the form after it is submitted?

How can I allow the team to modify the form once submitted? Kindly help.

@ServiceNow Use6 The above form looks like a catalog item which is submitted from the Self Service portal, after the  request is submitted the fulfiller having ITIL role can make modifications to the variables in the RITM submitted.

Hi,

The editing of the form is to be done at the task level, this is what I have done, if it is either/or done at approval level, you need to check the above box as well.
