Hi Rai,
The issue you are describing suggests that the "Subscribe" button is visible on the platform but not in the SOW (Scope of Work) environment. Here are some possible reasons and steps to resolve the issue:
Possible Causes:
Permission or Role Restriction: The SOW might have different user roles or permissions that prevent the "Subscribe" button from appearing.
UI Customization/Differences: There could be a UI configuration or layout difference between the SOW and the platform.
Feature Availability: The "Subscribe" feature might not be enabled in the SOW environment.
Cache Issue: The SOW interface might be loading an outdated version of the page due to caching.
Browser or Network Issue: Differences in browser compatibility or network restrictions might be affecting the display.
Steps to Resolve:
Check Permissions:
Verify if the user roles in SOW have access to the "Subscribe" feature.
Compare roles in the platform and SOW to ensure consistency.
Compare UI Settings:
If possible, check the UI configuration settings in both environments.
Look for any missing components or customizations in the SOW.
Enable Feature in SOW:
If "Subscribe" is a feature that can be toggled, check the settings to enable it.
Clear Cache and Cookies:
Try clearing the browser cache and reloading the SOW page.
Test in incognito mode or a different browser.
Check Console Logs for Errors:
Open the browser’s developer console (F12 in Chrome) and check for any errors related to missing elements.
Network Request Comparison:
Use Developer Tools (F12 → Network tab) to compare network requests between the platform and SOW.
Look for missing API calls or errors.
Raise a Ticket:
If the issue persists, report it to your IT or development team with screenshots and logs for further investigation.
This should solve your issue!
Kindly mark it as "Accepted Solution"/"helpful", as it resolves your query. Please press like button for the resolution provided.
