How SOAP web service is triggered from scheduled job

Hi,

I need help how the SOAP message web service is triggered from scheduled job

When they running the below schedule job, its triggering the soap message . 

ans it creating the import-set and storing the value in staging table 

when i checked the script includes there is no clue how they calling this web service

Please help me

1. From where they triggering the web service 

2. How to check the response log for below soap request

3. How the Import set is creating.

Can you check any business rule after insert on that table "sn_hr_integrations_worker_profile" which is doing further things
