How the HR task type : HR service works in HR task template?

I created a HR task template and I choose the HR task type as HR service and in the HR service field I choose which HR service I want to trigger. After that I have to update assignment type as employee/fulfiller and choose 4 options like:
-Parent case subject person
-parent case opened for
-User from case

-Named user.

What is the function of the above four assignment? how it works? can you explain with a simple example so that i can play around in a lifecycle event.

HR task assignment & assigned to depends on below 4 options.

Assignment Type: Employee

Parent case subject person: Assign the task to the subject person of the parent case.
Parent case opened for: Assign the task to the opened for person on the parent case.
User from case: Assign the task to a user from the case.
Named user: Assign the task to a specific user.
Assignment Type: Fuilfiler
Parent case assigned to: Assign the task to the person the parent case is assigned to. 
Named user: Assign the task to a specific user
User from case: Assign the task to a user from the case.
Skills/Assignment group: Select the skills and group you want assigned to the task.
