How the SLA is calculated on an Offering? - Urgent help needed

Good day! Would anyone happen to know more about this and be able to explain it simply?

 

  1. How the SLA is calculated on an Offering?
  2. Why does the SLA not get flagged against the actual offering?
  3. How do you calculate SLA/OLA against what it is transacting in the system and report on this as well?
