How to Activate Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke on free instance

Team,

I've activated free instance dev120429 (Tokyo) (previously tried the newer dev61976 (Vancouver)) and I want to activate "Microsoft Teams Graph spoke", but I cannot find it in the list of available plugins(?)

I did try this about 6 months ago, and I did it, but not now.

Is this spoke no longer available on this version of ServiceNow? Do I need to request it by some means?

I tried clicking "Request Plugin" within the instance, entered my credentials, but got the error, "Sorry, you can't login with this ServiceNow ID"

Guidance would be appreciated.

Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke is NOT available for PDIs/ your free instance dev120429 unfortunately!! 

As this Spoke requires to be Requested from Store, for that you will need customer Non-Prod instance.

Also, once you have your Customer instance/ Company's instance ,If you’re having trouble installing the app, ensure that these dependent plugins are installed:

• ServiceNow Integration Hub Runtime (com.glide.hub.integration.runtime)
• Flow Designer Designer Model (com.glide.hub.designer_backend.model)
• Complex Object (com.glide.cobject)
• ServiceNow Integration Hub Action Step - REST (com.glide.hub.action_step.rest)
• ServiceNow Integration Hub Action Template - Data Stream (com.glide.hub.action_type.datastream)
• Remote Tables (com.glide.script.vtable)
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub Action Step - Get Connection Info (com.glide.hub.action_step.get_connection_info)

Note: Some of these plugins are licensable features and require appropriate licenses, if used outside the spoke implementation.

I've been informed by other channels that "...about version 3 of Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke. “This version (3.7.4) has been withdrawn on Aug 04, 2023 with the reason: Version is no longer supported.”..."

Do you know of any other way to issue a Microsoft Teams message with an @mention in v4 of the PDI?

Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke was available until the v3 in the PDI, it is no longer available for v4 at least for now, going forward it might be available in PDIs but so far I don't see any comms regarding that.
