Hi ServiceNow community!
I am struggling a bit with activating the following plugin in my dev instance (sn_metrics_ng | Agent Client Collector Monitoring). I am testing Agent Client Collector in a dev instance, but all the important metrics and events for Windows is from this plugin:
Do you have any tips?
If I try to login to Store I just get an message that I don't have a valid ServiceNow id?
I also tried to activate Plugin from dev site called "ITOM Metric Management" without any luck:
Kind regards,
Robin Jacobsen

Hi @Robin J_ ,
Unfortunately, I don't think in PDI you can install "sn_metrics_ng plugin".
As It requires Customer instance Credentials not available for free.

Hi @Robin J_ ,
I and another colleague were also having the same problem with these plugins. We have actually found that if you upgrade to Utah it will sort this out and ACC-M will / can be installed.
Of course you may not want to be on Utah just yet but for your PDI this will fix the issue.
If you find this helpful please mark it as the solution as the above issue can now be fixed, maybe don't be too quick to accept that it can't be done 😉
