Hi,
I have applied an UI policy on Incident form(Self Service View) to make some fields hidden based on one condition.
The UI policy is working fine in the Instance but it is not getting reflected on the Portal.
Portal Image :
In this case of Self service view of form, The fileds 'Category', 'Subcategory', 'Impact', 'Location' and 'Business Service' are hidden in the instance because of the UI Policy but the same is not getting reflected in the portal when I keep the view as 'view=ess' in the portal URL.
Can anyone please suggest me how to apply the UI policy to the Form in the Portal and hide the mentioned Fields.
Thanks,
Divya M.

Hi Divya,
You can pull field "Run scripts in UI type" on form by configuring form layout of UI policy. just right click on the form header and select personlize > form layout option.
after pulling the field on form select option 'All'.

Normally it's available OOB on the UI Policy form. If it is not there you can try the below Option:
1) Right Click on your UI Policy form and select Configure-->Form Layout as shown below:
2) Select the Section Name as "Script" highlighted in Below screen shot and add the field Run Scripts in UI Type as shown below:
Then try the above Option by selecting "All" to check if your UI Policy works in portal or not.
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
