How to active checklist in snow(at the workspace)

I did create a checklist using the flow design, at the BE it's work perfectly, but when I tried to test at the workspace it appear as "inactive"(look at the pic), how can I fix it?

I genuinely tried to follow the instructions in the URL you provided, but it lacked specific guidance for the checklist, and I found myself stuck midway. I would be grateful if you could provide detailed instructions on how to configure the checklist.
P.S. I understand that this might relate to the configurable workspace.

@MaramA  Hi, did you find a solution to this? I have been trying to add the checklist to the Service Operations Workspace as well. Most of the comments here in the community are referencing screenshots to the HR workspace when we are trying to get the checklist work in Service Operations Workspace.
