How to add a action buttons to the tasks in the esc portal

i want to add a action button like when i want to close a task from the portal by just clicking a single click on the button.

when i try to add a widget which is "standard ticket header" its already there but no action buttons available for the new customisations.

Hi @Raghavendra Rao ,

You have to configure the Action in the Standard Ticket Configuration.

 

Please follow the below steps to configure:

  • Navigate to All > Standard Ticket > Standard Ticket Configuration
  • Open the Ticket Configuration record available for your table.

Create a new custom Widget and add that in "Action Widget" fielddebendudas_0-1725607875379.png

  • Configure your newly created widget, you can take reference from "Incident Standard Ticket Actions" Widget (sp_widget.do?sys_id=9bd06ce173070010cbb654eb7df6a7d4).
