How to add a common date filter in ui builder

Hi All,

I have a requirement that create three tabs for incidents and add a common date filter in ui builder, i have created a three tabs for incidents now i have to add a filter condition for the tabs. i have tried it but no use can anyone give suggestions to achieve it.
