Hi ,
So the issue is whenever I complete a risk assessment for a risk, the inherent likelihood and impact field are not getting updated. This is causing hindrance in creating risk heatmap as the values are dependent on this. Any idea why this is happening? I have tried this in OOB IT risk assessment still it is not showing any updates to those fields.
Thanks

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG
So the thing is when we create a risk( sn_risk_risk), we need to select the name and the entity associated with it. After creating a risk we need to fill out an risk assessment which has inherent, control and residual assessments in it. After we fill out the assessment and move the risk to monitor state, we should get the fields name Inherent impact and likelihood to be auto populated, so that we can manage the inherent heatmap present in the OOB dashboard named Risk Overview, this functionality is not working.

Hi @Sayan420
Sorry, I misunderstood your issue. You are referring to GRC part. Let me add expert here @Community Alums , who is champ in GRC.

Hi @Sayan420 ,
What you are using is the Classic Risk management, where the Risk Score Rollup doesn't happen, which means Inherent & Residual impact/likelihood scores will remain the same as on the risk statement.
If you want to see the scoring should gets affected based on Inherent, residual and control effectiveness, then you will have to move to Advanced Risk Management, Where the Risk Rollup happens, with the use of RAMs and Risk Statements has NO contribution.
