How to add a delegate option under the profile on the ESC portal

Please can anyone tell me how to add a delegate option under the profile on the ESC portal?

Hi Meti,

If you would like to see the delegate option inside profile of the user, you can use the related list option for the view from breadcrumbs>> Configure>> Related lists 

And then select Delegate>> User and move it to the right side of the slush bucket.

Delegate will now appear on the profile as related list.

Do you want a delegate option on the Profile page? Or do you want a delegate option in the menu, under profile, above impersonate?

Please do also describe what you actually expect of such a delegate option. As that is not out-of-the-box.

@Mark Roethof thank you for your response, I want a delegate option in the menu, under the profile, above impersonate.

Is possible, you need to edit the header widget for that and fix the cross scope errors which will appear after that.

Do ask yourself: is editing such a widget worth it? Are you going to maintain with upgrades/store releases?
