How to add a outlook link to the Email notification script

I have a email script configured. I want to add a hyperlink to the email body. when the receipient receives the mail, if he clicks on the hyperlink, a new outlook mail window with an emall id as 'To' should pop up. 

Please help, urgent.

Hi, there is no steps or script provided in that link.How to configure?

Hi @Priyadarshini2,

Click on the 'Insert link' option and enter required details as shown in the below example. The  mailto contains the email address to be in the 'To' section and the following in Cc.
