If you use the Form widget and there are related lists defined under that form in the "sp" view, I think those should be displayed on the portal automatically.
How are you displaying your form on the portal?
Alternatively, there have been custom widgets posted on the community, to show related lists, feel free to do a bit of search and experiment with those. But best if you can leverage what's already OOTB.
