how to add additional approvals to change request?

Hi Team,

i would like to add 3 level of approvals to standard change before it is moving from access to autorize

and once 50 percent of approvals are approved then only this should moved to authorize state

please help me with your inputs

Hi @shabbir5 ,

Navigate to Change > Change Policy > Change Approval Policies.
You have type of Approvals Normal, Emergency and Standard.

You can get insights from here and configure according to your requirement.

In the Decisions, Open Answer record which is used to configure the percentage of approvals.

Are you looking for approvals in Standard Change request?

Since the Standard changes are pre-approved, low-risk changes with a proven history of success. The standard change catalog contains the changes that have been approved by the Change Management application as standard changes.

You can add the approval action in the flow

use flow designer or change approval policies. firstly trigger on assess state and add 3 approval levels then use "wait for 50% approval" before moving to authorize.

Define 3 approval groups and det approval condition to move when 50% approvals are received.
