Hi Erica,

1. To get New button on any related list, navigate to Configure > List Control. Then uncheck the 'Omit New Button' check box.

2.  You can give access to a few roles if you have in New/Edit Roles option in List Control.

Check these links for some head's up -

New button to be visible to only few users

Enable Edit button on Group member related list for custom role

Managing the New and Edit buttons on related lists

3. The same functionality can be achieved on sc_task level as well.

Hope this helps.

Hi Erica,

You can add existing users or create new in the Approvers related list on RITM.

Shubham,

That is a good ideal.  We have the following questions:

1.  We are missing the New button, how to display it?

2.  Can we show the Edit and New to specific request or assignment group only?

3.  Can the Approvers Tab show up in SCTASK level?

Thanks
