How to add another option to + sign in agent mobile app

In our agent app this icon creates an Incident record. I want it to also give the option to create an interaction so it'll have two options instead of just defaulting to incident.

I have NO idea what this button is called or where to search to find how to add another option to this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It’s called Quick Action Link, and you can find it under your Mobile Apps Applet Launcher.

I’m also sharing a YouTube tutorial for your reference; In this video, the instructor opens a catalog form, but you can easily adapt the same approach to display an interaction record for your use case.
