How to add approve/reject settings to a playbook?

I've got a test Playbook in ServiceNow for when a new business application is created. However, what I'm wanting to do is create a decision tree where the Business Owner owner approves or rejects the actions:
When I look at the available options for action 2.1, I can't see anything that's relevant:
I was just wondering if anyone has come across this before?

What I was saying is that for the below, even if the Business Owner rejects their approval, it still goes to the technical approval. That shouldn't happen:

that's because you are not making any decision path after Business Owner Approval activity.
You need to use Decision and then if approved then only go to next approval.

Another question @Ankur Bawiskar When I try to update certain fields that have choices, I'm not given the option to do that:

seems that is a custom field in global scope.
