How to add articles related to those categories

In the portal i added a quick link page as knowledge base in this i have some categories but in this i have empty articles in each category. How can i add articles related to those particular categories?

Every article you create, is created in a knowledge base and can be categorized. 

I am not sure what you mean with 'quick link as knowledge base'. If you create an article in the category 'Citrix' it just shows up there.
