How can we identify the plugin from which application is installed?

I am trying to install a plugin and have to check what are applications are installed with the plugin 

can we say after installing /updating ,by looking at the application that what has been installed with activation of a particular plugin?

or how can we say the relationship between plugin and application?

did you check plugin installation history?

You can check through the upgrade history after installation (or check the plugin's documentation before, it could already be in there). 

The upgrade history table contains the 'plugin' column.
