Please advise to configure audit history for custom as well as oob fields for cmdb_ci_server in native UI as well as in sow workspace

the related list you are showing is a custom one between your table and the Audit table

Thank you for quick response but i need audit information  to be populated for OOB fields and for newly created custom field in audit history but it is not working

you need to enable auditing for that field then

simply go to the field in dictionary and enable audit
