Is there a way to add attachments when creating an incident?
I noticed that I can add an attachment using a function action or in the activity stream, but only when viewing the incident—not during its creation.
Additionally, is there a way to display attachments in the Details screen rather than just in the activity stream?
Another issue, does anybody know why when trying to add an attachment file in the mobile app, i'm getting an error like "your organization does not allow to add school or word data.."?
