Please advise to configure audit history for custom as well as oob fields for cmdb_ci_server in native UI as well as in sow workspace

did you check the script which is written in that defined related list? Are there records satisfying that query? if yes then only it will show data in related list

somebody created a defined relationship here. look how it's configured and you can configure the same for your custom table

But remember your custom table should have audit enabled
