How to add change record to problem related list

Hi Team,
Please suggest how can we add change request record in problem related list and after adding change request record the change should visible under problem related list and also problem record in change related list

based the related list
you have to populate the change on the problem either on the change request field or the parent field
please share the screenshot by clicking on the problem related list

on problem table there's already a field Change Request to hold CHG.
Why you want to have a related list?
1 PRB will have only 1 CHG

The issue is when i am try to create Standard change from problem hamburger menu problem is not relating on change request.
i mean change request is not visible under problem related list the name is change request

Hi @vamshi2
on the related list "Problem", click right mouse in the column labels > Configure > List Control:
and check for the Omit edit button:
If it is true, it means it will not be displayed. unchecking it will add the EDIT button with the chance to add it manually if you want to associate it.
