How to add checklist on catalog item form?

Hi Team,

How can i add checklist on catalog item form. Please suggest.

>on select yes on "reporting" field a checklist should be displayed. There is no label for it. And checklist should be single select

>since it doesn't have label. I have to go for checklist. Please suggest me to add checklist instead of checkboxes

remove the label field if its not needed you can just have checkboxes that's the only way possible to use checkboxes in catalog item for checklist

Hi,

You can try using multiple choice field instead of checkbox does the same thing as you need but with radio buttons
