how to add checklist template / checklist items for each phase in the project

Hi,
I want to apply checklist templates automatically for each project phase in PPM/SPM (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Closure). Is there an OOB way to do this (via Project Templates), or do I need automation (Flow Designer / Business Rule)?


Also, I tried using the “Create Checklist from Template” action in Flow Designer, but I ran into an issue: once a checklist is created, I can’t create another checklist on the same record. Has anyone faced this, or is there a recommended workaround?
