How to add CMDB tables in global search and how ITIL users can able to see the CMDB menus via Navigator

Hello @VinayKumarA 

Refer the below doc to configure CMDB tables in global search.

To see CMDB menus in the navigator, go to those modules (you can either go from edit option besides module name or go from Application module.

Check for the access those modules have, and give that access to the users. Then they can see the menus
