How to add create case button when user clicks on + button on top of csm workspace

The + button at the top of the CSM workspace creates an interaction. I made changes in the chrome_tab UX Page property of CMS workspace and now it is creating case instead of interaction.

But I want to 'create case' button after user clicks on + Button then It should create case like below image from (SOW) in CSM workspace
