How can you make a deposit when you press plus and are offered this function?

if you are in the CSM Workspace and press the + then you will just get a new interaction. The menu field + case (see picture) is from a customer instance, but I don't know how to display that in ServiceNow.

Right, I think I get it now.

You will need to modify the chrome_tab UX Page property.

This can be done via:

• Navigate Now Experience Framework > Experiences
• Open the record where the Title is CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace
• In the UX Page Properties related list, open the chrome_tab record
• In the Value field, modify the JSON value to modify the new tab behaviour
