How to add embedded list on the form using Form Design

The requirement is to create some sections, fields and embedded lists on the form of the table that extended from cmdb_ci tables. When I try to add them by using Form Layout, I found out that the sections are already created, fields and embedded list are selected but sections, fields and embedded lists are not found on the form.

Deselected fields and embedded lists from Form Layout and Selected back but no use I could not able to see them on the form.

Even I checked in Form Section, nothing was found.

By using Form Design I was able to create same sections and able to add fields which I can see on the form. Unfortunately unable to add Embedded lists using Form Design.

Is there another way to add Embedded list on the form?

The Default View was corrupted on the form of the table. So I deleted the default view of the table. Now I can able to see all the Sections and Fields on the Form of the table.
