How to add Feedback in service portal similar to one that is available in   HI portal. Any suggestions on these would be really helpful.

You can find an adaptation of the HI portal feedback as a Service Portal widget here on SN Share - ServiceNow Share



The widget provides a simple feedback collection capability within a Service Portal implementation. Can collect Who (Name and Email), Rating, and Feedback comment from the user and stored to a table within the Now Platform (created and configured as part of the widget installation).

Chris, I've installed the XML update set on our instance, dragged the 'Simple Feedback' widget on a portal page, and nothing happens.   The widget disappears and I'm unable to configure it.   Do you have any steps on how to add this widget to a page?
