How to add Feedback widget in customized service portal in ServiceNow?

Dear Community,

My requirement is to add Feedback widget/option in Service Portal to provide generalized feedbacks for end users.

For ex: Below is screenshot from ServiceNow HI portal. 

This is exactly the functionality I am looking to add in our sp. 

Can anyone please help me out here? I have no idea how I can add such widget on portal.

It looks like in the latest version of Listening Posts, there is no ability to change the questions of the voluntary feedback widget. Would this be a reason to use the Employee Experience Feedback drawer and then use Listening Pots for more targeted/flexible surveys?

Hi Prasad,

I have used the Feedback Drawer for 2 portals. In one portal drawer is working fine but in the other portal the drawer is not appearing. I figured it out that by using the same theme the widget is working fine.
But can you please suggest me how simple theme will effect the drawer to be not work.

Hi Hritik,

You can directly configure this floating feedback by using Feedback Configuration module. 
In which you can select Drawer option.
