The most recent version of Listening Posts (v4) includes Listening Posts ‘Voluntary Feedback’, enabling 'always on’ listening for organizations. With this feature, employees can give feedback, ideas, or suggestions at any time by navigating to the Employee Center, and clicking the ‘Give feedback’ tab.
When 'Voluntary Feedback’ is activated, the ‘Give feedback’ tab is shown across all pages of the portal. After the employee clicks ‘Give feedback’ a modal displays a pre-configured two-question survey, where the employee can openly give feedback or enter an idea.

Configuration
The 'Voluntary feedback’ survey can be easily enabled by navigating to Listening Posts > Voluntary feedback > Voluntary survey.

The widgets can also be further customized by navigating to Service Portal > Widgets, and searching for their respective names, ‘Listening Posts Voluntary Feedback’ and ‘Listening Posts Voluntary Feedback Popup’.

Reporting
Feedback collected from the widget is consumable in the ‘Voluntary Feedback Report’. Listening Posts > Voluntary feedback > Voluntary feedback report.
The admin can send the report and feedback to the right people via the report sharing rules.

Summary
With Listening Posts v4 'Voluntary Feedback', organizations can easily enable their employees to always have a place to give feedback. Employee responses are captured and displayed in a report, where the feedback can be shared across the organization, resulting in improvements to the employee experience.
