How can I add fields like assigned to and assignment group to this area in employee center right here? This is the view when you go into "my requests" under my active items and you click into your item.

Hi AG,
Seems like that only works for Service Portal, not Employee Center. Recurring Price and and Quantity are not fields that are available in the Employee Center activity section for RITM. I added assignment group to that section, and it didn't show up in Employee Center.

@smahmud Just to add to my previous mail, as to why "Assigned to" is not working, because RITM has no "Assigned to" of its own neither does it has "Assignment group"
For the fields like "Price, recurring and all" its because they don't have any value that thye are not reflecting.

@smahmud does the ritm has assignment group and assigned_to value populated?
otherwise those won't show up
try adding the values in the RITM and check
