Hi Team,
Can anyone please help me with the below requirement?
The Approval for Knowledge Article has no information or link. So, we need to add a native view link so the approver can easily review or approve without too many clicks. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Thanks,
Sasipriya

Hi @sasipriya
Not able to follow you fully, but a user can approve from native view as well under mu approvals. But the best pratice say, a KB must be open by reviewer and reviewed properly and then take decision.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Thanks for the response.
I am expecting that we need to add the knowledge article link that we created and sent for approval to publish the article. As of now, we didn't add any links, which is why approvers can't fully understand if we provided the KB link while they approve or reject the article. They can easily view the KB record through the native view link.
Thanks,
sasipriya

Atul: Where, in notification?
