I'm struggling to to add Knowledge launch page($knowledge) to Custom agent workspace page.
On click of this button in sidebar.
This Knowledge page should be opened and work as it is.
https://instancename/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24knowledge.do
Please help to resolve this issue !
