How to add links to the 'show help' icon in the header?

Is there any way to add two links to 'show help' icon bar:
1) one link will redirect to open a specific catalog item request?

2) second link will redirect to create an incident populate automatically few fields

Yes you can add the links. Just create a record on sys_embedded_help_content table.

Just enter the page name and on the content block just click on insert link icon and add the links.
