How to add logo and modify the theme for Agent Mobile App?

Hi,

We are using Agent mobile app for Asset scanning. I want to change the logo and theme of the mobile app. Please suggest me how we can achieve this. Thank You!

Have you tried Logout and login after you did this changes?

Also, if still not working then you can use this approach where you need to add a client theme to the native client. I just created a new theme and it worked as expected.

Please follow the screenshots.

Logout and login again in your target mobile app [Now mobile as per screenshot] and the theme will be applied.

Hi @Community Alums,

I haven't looked much into it as I was doing it just for my learning purpose and not for any project, But as far my knowledge they haven't given anything to configure Logo. Though you can configure the theme but it's not applied in app, you can check with Servicenow. There may be some property or config setting so that dark theme is applied by default.

That's right. I have already configured the theme but the changes do not take effect in the app. I will try to explore the options. Thanks for your response though.
