Hi Guys,
We have some fields in the Incident table that are customized. I would like those to be added to the Copy Incident (ui action). This UI Action is new in Kingston.
Not sure where to add them.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

We are on Kingston and I have the same requirement, I need to use copy incdient, which creates an object of type incidentutils. I have put this override as shown in the example above:{
INCIDENT_DEFAULT_ATTR_VALUE:
'assignment_group,business_service,category,caused_by,cmdb_ci,company,description,impact,location,parent_incident,problem_id,rfc,short_description,subcategory,urgency,u_requested_by,caller_id'},
After saving, when I use the ui action copy incident, u_requested_by and caller_id are not copied over to the new incident.
Any thoughts?

This is the correct System Property to change: com.snc.incident.copy.attributes
