How to add multiple columns

Hi All,

Can we show multiple columns details in filter ?
user name, department, department head, Business Unit, Manager details?

like nested tree OR  in parallel columns.

 Does it possible in OOB if not how can I achieve it??

can't we show this custom field in "user filter " without touching OOB  Default Display value.

As per my understanding , we cant show this fields on User filter . You can alternatively use another filters simultaneously.
