Hi all,
We’ve started using the "Related Articles" feature in our Record Producers and noticed that it displays all KB articles attached to it, regardless of the user's system language in ServiceNow.
We would like to show only the KB articles with the appropriate language (e.g., English for users with English as their system language, and French for users with French as their system language). Currently, it displays both the French and English versions of all articles we add.
Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
