how to add Natural Language Processing for understanding complex intents and entities using 3rd party NLP like Watson, Luis, and wit.ai to the virtual agent?

Previously I have activated the topic in virtual agent and integrated to the ServiceNow web portal. Now I checked the below link, it shows like it is possible to connect the NLP with Virtual agent but I didn't find any docs regarding that. Can anyone help me to know how to integrate the 3rd party NLP's with ServiceNow virtual agent?

Hello Naree,

Whilst I can't offer an NLP integration into the ServiceNow virtual agent, the Saopbox.ai Virtual Agent for ServiceNow does integrate with an NLP service. Please contact us if you want to trial this on your instance.

Out there with the inclusion of NLU in Service now platform with NEW York release , There is an option to use Servicenow NLU and IBM watson for understanding Intents and Entities as NLU providers.
