How to add new list on agent workspace under self service catagory

I see a message 'You are editing in' so you are not in proper scope then, please be in proper scope and you won't get the message like you can see mine.

Hi,

Click on Profile icon in agent workspace, then click on Configure workspace, then under "workspace lists" add new in your self service category. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.
