Hi Community, how to add new option like 'create case' under case menu item in CSM portal in ServiceNow?

Hi @Srinivasu2 

  1. Navigate to Service Portal > Menus on the Application Navigator.
  2. Open the header menu record that you would like to work with.

3. Scroll down to the Menu Items Related List.

4. Open the "Case" menu item :

5.  Click "New" to create a new menu item
