How to add new sections without adding new tabs

I am designing a form with multiple sections but I want all of it to be on one page. In the form designer I will have Section A with various fields in it and then add Section B. However, when I exit and reload the form it had Section A and Section B in different tabs. The goal however, is to have Section A, then a separation, and have Section B underneath it on the same page. Does anyone know how to add sections without creating a new tab?

Hi Colin,

So instead of creating a new Section, on the same section (A) you can add a separator and add your fields

You can also try to use different types of annotations to see what suits you best.

Form designer go to the form section and remove any entry in the grey title bar. Without a title it will appear in what looks like your form body
